TOOLS TECHINCAL DESCRIPTIONS:

GOLD LINE :

The GOLD LINE tools are divided in 3 categories, SuperSint, Prelux and SuperShine.

SuperSint pos. 1 and pos. 2, are a particular kind of hard bond sintered diamond wheels which are very hard to loos the shape, but at the same time are very aggressive on grinding any kind of granite or hard stones. In this way you have one of the best wheel available for portable, manual and CNC edge profiling machine. On the routers style, SuperSint wheels are provided of a rotating  toucher which is made to stop the wheel when grinded the 80% of the profile on the pos. 1 and the 100% of the profile on the pos 2. 

Prelux  pos 3 is a particular calibrating wheel, which is very perfect on his shape, his job is to check the geometry of the shape to going to be polished. The prelux is no more made with a rotating toucher even on the routers style, because his job is also to take off the line left from the rotating touché from the pos. 2. It needs to work very easy on the pressure and continuosly from one side to the other with no stops in the middle, having a perfect profile on hand touch.

SuperShine pos 4, pos 5 and pos 6 are a special kind of diamond resin film polishing wheels, produced from Rotary diamond tools, which are giving a perfect polishing on every profile after the Prelux job. They need to be passed for 2/3 times maximum each, taking care the job on the slab corners and with no any pressure on the profile.

PROMOTION LINE:

The PROMOTION tools are divided in 2 categories, Rotasint and Rotalux.

Rotasint pos 1 and pos 2 are are very good kind of sintered diamond wheels, very aggressive and precised on the job. The pos 1 and pos 2 are made with a rotating toucher which stop the pos 1 at 75% of grinding and the pos 2 at 100% of the grinding.

Rotalux pos 3, pos 4, pos 5 and pos 6 are a very good line of diamond streeps polishing wheels that are to be used after the pos 2 job. Is very important to take off manually, with a diamond pad grit 80, the rotating toucher line left from the pos 2. They need to be passed on the profile, 3/4 times each, taking very care about the slab corners.
