TECHNICAL DESCRIPTIONS OF THE PORTABLE EDGE PROFILING MACHINES:

Model “AVANTGARDE”:

The Machine is equipped with a three-phase low voltage motor of 5 HP. It works by means of an electronic local plant which contains a transformer and a strictly tested inverter. In this way the operator security becomes of the most importance, but in the same time, the motor’ s power maintains a grate level of performance. In fact the local plant allows you convert any incoming voltage, for both three-phase and single-phase.

This characteristic distinguishes it from all its rivals now available on the market, as even a small craftsman can use this point absolutely necessary machine without having any other facilities or special electric connections.

Besides all can we pick up the great advantage that this machine can be used in wherever places which the three-phase tension is not possible.

In the mean while is it possible to adjust the speed from the mandrel from 1.000 to 10.000 RPM, that’s way you can extremely easy use the different range of tools at the most appropriated speed, so avoiding the excessive wearing out of the tools, saving time and achieving the best results.

VERY IMPORTANT:

 
Remember that the only rivals of this model are competitive regards of the motor-power, but not in the field of security, as all the models are using an inverter to control the speed of the mandrel, all of the competitive machines are NOT equipped with a three-phase motor at low voltage of 48 Volts and ALL WORKS WITH A 220Volts or 380Volts.

Model “ELEGANCE”:

The Machine is equipped with a three-phase motor at low voltage of 4 HP. It works by means of a local plant which contains a transformer and a strictly tested safety device. Two speeds are previewed: 3.000 RPM and 6.000 RPM. They enable to work in the best condition with standard grinding wheels and are suitable for repetitive and uniform works. The two speeds allows to you to find the right speed both in grinding out or polishing also in case of rather thickness profile. Also this model is equipped with a three-phase motor at low voltage of 48 Volts.

Model “Classic”:

The Machine is equipped with a three-phase motor at low voltage of 3,5 HP. It works by means of an electric which contains a transformer and a strictly tested safety device. In this case the speed of the mandrel is fix at 4.500 RPM so that it is not necessary to adjust it for the most standard and repetitive works. It is also a good compromise in terms of execution times and endurance of the tools both in grinding out or polishing.

This model it is as well equipped with a three-phase motor at low voltage of 48 Volts.

Remarks:

All the portable edge profiling machines which we have nominated above, can realize in perfect conditions all the profiles on all the types of the material contours, rectilinear or bent, offering the best economic compromise between the manual working which is probably not always of an optimal finishing result and a CNC for which is necessary bigger quantity of works.

With this type of machines you can for sure realize in the same time very easy simple profiles and more complicate profiles, for example one single-head machine produces about 35 linear meters of full bull-nose on 3 cm of thickness in 8 hours working, a portable machine at least 60 linear meters, of course you need an operator. A CNC machine can realize vanity top, bathroom top, in about 45 minutes using a 3 cm thickness granite, an operator provided with a “ROTARY” edge profiling machine with accessories can do the same in 1 hour.

It must be pointed out that this same machines makes the profile also inside the wash-basin holes and, this is important, can make also concave profiles as CNC machine does, but not a single-head stationary machine, which stops after the convex profiles.

The thickness of the material which can be worked with the “ROTARY” routers goes from 20mm. to 100 mm. maximum.
